50 Siemens Vectron locomotives. This is the scope of the lease agreement between us and the Czech national carrier.
We have been providing you with regular updates on the deliveries in our news section. And at the end of last year, we informed you about the completion of deliveries for 2022, with a total of 10 units, https://www.rslease.sk/blog/pre-ceske-drahy-sme-tento-rok-dodali-10ks-rusnov.
We are continuing with the gradual handover. This year, we will deliver 12 Vectron locomotives to Czech Railways. Another 22 will follow immediately next year, thus fulfilling the contractual volume.
The delivery of individual units will start in May and continue until the end of 2023.
The locomotives we will deliver to the Czech carrier are intended for transport in the Czech Republic, Hungary, Germany, Poland, Austria, and Slovakia.
From a technical point of view, these will be Vectrons equipped with the national and European ETCS train control system and GSM-R radio communication. Their traction power is 6400 kW and their maximum speed is 200 km/h.
