RS Lease and Siemens Mobility have signed a framework agreement for the delivery of up to 65 Vectrons. Of this order, 30 Vectron MS locomotives have already been bindingly ordered, with the option of extending the order by a further 35 locomotives in the Vectron Multi System and Vectron Dual Mode versions.

The new Vectrons have a maximum power output of up to 6.4 MW and a maximum speed of up to 200 km/h. They will complement our existing fleet. The new locomotives will be manufactured at the Siemens Mobility plant in Munich-Allach.
Thanks to this agreement, we can expand our fleet to more than 150 locomotives, which will significantly strengthen our operating capacity.

The existing service agreement with Siemens Mobility will be extended to include the new locomotives to ensure their reliable and efficient operation.
