On January 12, 2022, another Siemens Vectron locomotive in the MS A01 version was successfully accepted at the Munich-Allach production plant. The model series of this accepted A01 version from 2021/2022 features several new improvements that increase operator comfort. The accepted locomotive bears the designation 91 80 6193 683-0, and with its addition, our portfolio of Siemens Vectrons has grown to 27 units.
The locomotive was then transported to Bratislava on January 14, 2022. Once all the necessary permits have been obtained, the locomotive will be handed over to the Czech carrier shortly. This handover will increase the total number of locomotives leased by České dráhy to seven.
Another 19 Siemens Vectron locomotives will expand RS Lease's portfolio during 2022. By the end of 2022, the portfolio will include 46 of these locomotives.
