Some time ago, BUDAMAR GROUP revealed its planned series of decals for the locomotives it has leased from us. We showed you the first of the designs in ourlatest news item.
We know of two other graphic designs that you can already see on Vectrons 383.219 and 383.220 throughout Europe, where they have already been put into operation.
The dominant features of this pair are: the SNP Bridge (383.219) and the Chmarošský Viaduct (383.220)
The SNP Bridge in Bratislava was chosen for the Vectron 383.219, which is clearly characterized by several unique features and is an integral part of the capital's skyline.
Locomotive 383.220 bears graphics depicting the Chmarošský Viaduct. This remarkable technical structure of a railway bridge near Telgárt (below Kráľova hoľa) is popular with tourists and photographers alike due to its uniqueness.
The design line of the first five locomotives will be completed with stickers on locomotives 383.216 and 383.217. They have been in operation since the beginning of the year and will be moved for sticker replacement after a planned overhaul.
